Our printed books are sold through Amazon and Etsy, under their own terms of sale. These terms apply to the digital products (printable PDFs) you buy directly on this website.
Who sells
The seller is Ignacio Navarro Poves (NIF 09080053K), Calle Pedraza, 12, 29601 Marbella (Málaga), Spain. Questions about an order: info@uncleiggyworld.com.
What you buy
You buy digital content: coloring books, packs and single sheets in PDF. Prices include VAT. You pay in euros or US dollars. For now we cannot sell to the United Kingdom.
Payment and delivery
You pay on a secure page hosted by Stripe. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your files are available to download in “My account”, where you will also find your purchases and invoices. We also email you the confirmation.
No right of withdrawal
The download starts immediately, so by ticking the acceptance box at checkout you expressly consent to the download starting immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. This is allowed for digital content that is delivered right away with your consent (art. 103.m of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU, which follows art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
Refunds
If a download fails or a file is defective, write to us and we will fix it or refund you, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
Licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to print and use the files at home or in your own classroom. You may not resell or share them, or put them online for others to download.
Complete your book
If you already bought some sheets of a book or pack, “Complete your book” gives you credit for what you paid for those parts. The price is never lower than 50% of the price of the book or pack.
Accounts
Accounts are free and personal (one per person); we may close an account that is used abusively.
In case of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
